I’m Ameer Albahouth, a Saudi marketing strategist and storyteller who loves two things: good strategy and good people.

For the past decade, I’ve been helping leaders, destinations, and youth turn their real journeys into clear, honest stories that create opportunity for them, their communities, and the Kingdom.

Today, I run Arbaaa Marketing, host the “Basics of Marketing” podcast (the leading Arabic marketing show in the GCC), and build media platforms that spotlight Saudi talent, tourism, and transformation.

My Story

What problem was I actually trying to solve?

Everywhere I looked, powerful ideas and inspiring leaders were going unheard. In Canada, in Saudi Arabia, and globally, the same challenge appeared: impact without visibility. That gap between achievement and recognition became the problem I set out to solve.

Why did it matter to users, to the business, to me?

Because visibility changes everything, a founder with the right story attracts investors. A nation with the correct narrative inspires global partners. For me, it was never just about marketing — it was about contributing to Saudi Arabia’s transformation under Vision 2030 and giving voice to the people and projects shaping the future.


What I Do

1. Personal Branding for Leaders & Executives

I work with CEOs, founders, and public leaders to design their personal narrative:

  • Positioning and message architecture
  • Thought-leadership themes and content strategy
  • Platform selection and communication style
  • Long-term reputation and visibility planning

The goal is simple: build a brand that’s real, strategic, and long-term – not just a moment of hype.

I don’t just consult; I build my own platforms too. Over the years, I’ve worked on or launched projects like:

How I Got Here

My journey started long before Arbaaa.

I spent years in Montreal, Canada, working with personal brands, lifestyle labels, and major events. I learned how global brands think, how creators grow communities, and how storytelling moves markets.

When I returned to Saudi Arabia, I stepped into a very different challenge:
a country in the middle of one of the fastest transformations in the world.

I worked with:

  • Holding companies managing multiple businesses
  • Premium automotive brands like SEVEN Car Lounge
  • Events such as Riyadh Car Show
  • Influencers and creators in both North America and the GCC

Those years taught me how to:

  • Align boardroom strategy with on-the-ground execution
  • Translate complex plans into simple, powerful narratives
  • Build teams, agencies, and offers that are profitable and effective

Eventually, I took all of that experience and built Arbaaa Marketing – a company focused on content-led growth and strategic storytelling in Saudi Arabia.


How I Work

Whether I’m shaping a leader’s personal brand, a destination story, or a new platform, a few principles guide everything I do:

  • Truth over hype
    I care more about real impact than flashy claims. No inflated numbers, no manufactured success stories.
  • Names are a responsibility, not content
    When someone trusts me with their story, I treat it with care. Reputation is earned over years – and can be lost in a single post.
  • Depth and structure
    Strategy decks, profiles, and campaigns should be simple to understand and easy to act on. I focus on clarity, not complexity.
  • Win–win narratives
    The best stories create opportunity for everyone involved: leaders, teams, youth, and the communities they serve.

Beyond Work

I’m not just interested in growth; I’m interested in healthy growth.

A big part of my current thinking is around:

  • Digital wellbeing and balance – how we can build a strong personal brand without burning out, losing ourselves, or becoming addicted to metrics.
  • Youth development – helping young Saudis understand marketing, storytelling, and opportunity-building in simple, practical ways.
  • Weekly reflection and planning – every Friday after prayer, I sit with a notebook and review my week: what worked, what didn’t, and where I can create more meaningful impact next week.

These small routines keep my work grounded, human, and intentional.
